Soderberg Masonry’s foremen are seasoned bricklayers who understand the job from the foundation up and are committed to maintaining a safe work environment.  Along with our commitment to performance and safety, SMI workers receive benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid vacation and 401(k). SMI operates an apprentice program to train new masons.  Skill improvement opportunities include CPR training, welding certification, forklift training and certification, 10-hour OSHA certification, scaffold erection training, and others.
